Introduction of Company:
The Election Commission of Pakistan is an independent and self-governing Federal body established under the constitution of Pakistan and responsible for the fair administration of elections. The Elections are held for the National and Provincial Assemblies, for all local governments and for the Office of the President.
The commission is responsible for everything related to the election, from the beginning to the announcement of the results. The ECP was incorporated in 1956 to lay the foundation for a fair and just system and has since evolved into a structure to ensure fair elections in accordance with the rule of law. It consists of a 5-member group with the Chief Electoral Commissioner as leader of the chamber.
The ECP is an autonomous body operating under the Federal Secretary. He has a very secure and growing career path with high paying positions. Accommodation, health care, and all other benefits are provided to employees in accordance with Federal Government policy.
