Introduction to Company:
The Election Commission of Pakistan is an independent and self-governing federal agency, established under the constitution of Pakistan, responsible for the fair conduct of elections. Elections are held for parliament and the assemblies of provincials, all local governments, and the presidential palace.
The Commission is responsible for everything related to the election, from the statement to the announcement of the results. The ECP was established in 1956 to lay the foundations for a fair and equitable system since then it has been developed into a structure for holding honest elections according to the rule of law. It consists of a 5-member council with a Chief Election Commissioner as the head of the house.
