Department of Primary and Secondary Healthcare The Punjab government has announced new job opportunities around the province. This announcement is labeled Health Department Punjab. 200+ LHV and Pediatrician vacancies have been announced.
P&SHD Punjab is undertaking the Punjab Human Capital Investment Project with World Bank funding. The initiative is now accepting applications for the positions of Lady Health Visitors and Pediatricians.
There are 207 openings for Lady Health Visitors and 15 for Pediatricians. These positions are available at District Headquarters Hospitals DHQs and Tehsil Headquarters Hospitals THQs.

Lady Health Visitors must have a valid registration with the Pakistan Nursing Council PNC after completing their FSc Pre-Medical. The appointment will be made in accordance with the Punjab Government’s current Contract Appointment Policy 2022.
Pediatricians must have an MBBS/MD with FCPS pediatrics or an MRCP or other similar certification. Candidates with MBBS and postgraduate degrees such as MCPS who have completed one year of postgraduate study in the appropriate topic at a recognized institute before and after graduation are also eligible to apply.
