- Advocate with an LLB or similar degree from a recognized institution, who is a barrister or Ireland, or a member of the Faculty of Advocates of Scotland; and Who is a practicing Advocate of the High Court and the courts subordinate to it with a minimum practice of eight years?
- The eight-year period begins when an Advocate becomes a registered member of any Bar Association in the Province of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and ends on the last day for application submission.
- Age Restrictions: 35 to 45 years.
